Ask for Hugo from Dallas! He will get you taken care of! This was a great scooter rental shop I ran across & had no issues. Very seamless and quick transaction to get a scooter for 24 hours.

Owned scooters for 15 years. Never leave bad reviews on here but this one is just. iBike rented me the scooter on a busy day, never told me to review the bike for scratches, then accused me of scratching the bike when I returned it. (Which I didn’t do, if I did I would have owned up to it — that is just how I roll) The fact that they had me sign the document way before they handed me the bike has “scam” written all over it. A real business would have examined the bike with me, then had me sign the document once we agreed on the scratches that were already on it. Also, the manager / owner told me on multiple occasions that the bike was due on Wednesday morning (in very good English). Luckily I checked the receipt on Tuesday morning to find out it was due that day, not Wednesday. I would recommend renting your scooter or bike somewhere else. This very much felt like a scam. Note: I have been living in Mexico for 2 years. I love this country, but I also know a scam when I see one.
Amazing scooter renting experience! The customer service was very straight forward with communication and spoke great English. I had complete trust in the process and would definitely rent from them when I come back in the future.
trust me this is the BEST place to rent from in Tulum. We stopped at several other places that we ended up passing on due to lack of trust - and then we found IBike. The owner was so informative and has great equipment at an incredible price. I will also say that renting a scooter literally changed the whole dynamic of our trip. We were able to go to so many more places, tour cenotes, and have the freedom to go from the beach and back to town without calling a cab.
Beware! They will accuse you and try to make you pay for scratches you didn't make!!! They're asking for cash, 2000pesos for a tiny scratch that I didn't even make! Make sure you take full HD high detail photos before you take the scooters from any place in Tulum, because they will try to rip you off!!! Will not go to this place again. Deposit is 5000pesos!!!
