Great hotel, in a secluded part of Cozumel close to beautiful beaches and everything you need. For me a big part of everything is food and this place did not disappoint. The restaurants were delicious and the buffet always had at least some delicious food items.

Beautiful hotel on the beach, many food and drink options throughout the day. Spa, scuba diving and sailing shop and dock onsite. Children's pool, basketball and volleyball in pool, swim up bar, showers, beach chairs and poolside chairs. Rooms have fan, air conditioning, and hot water. Filtered water stations available onsite as well.
If anyone is looking for good deals for hotels head to ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ reserved a hotel on there and these guys had the best prices any where! Best all inclusive and diving in one resort! The staff are amazing, the shows at night are very entertaining and you get the feeling you’re in the jungle.
This was our first time staying in Cozumel and Iberostar has been amazing! The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable. I love that it’s not a high rise hotel type scene. The food was great. The staff is amazing and always there to help! They have a dive shop, DRESSEL Divers right on site, which was great. We will be back!
If you're being truly critical this is a 3 star resort. I gave it a 5 star because I love the staff and the food. If you're coming here for the atmosphere and the activities it is amazing. If you tend to spend your vacation time in your room, look elsewhere

Overall pleasant, relaxing experience. Cons and Pros: PROS: 1. Pleasant design: bright-colored tower-looking houses with palm leaves on the roofs create a relaxing tropical vibe. 2. The property has an amazing flora and fauna: lush palm groves, tropical plants of different kinds, bamboo groves, flamingoes, iguanas, turtles all take your breath away. 3. The sea is astonishingly clear and the water temperature (mid-December) is absolutely perfect (I myself don't like cold water). 4. Food served was good. If you wanted a specialty dinner, you can make up to 3 reservations per week for a separate, more private restaurant. 5. The staff is very friendly, polite and hard-working. CONS: 1. The hotel does not have a free shuttle to pick you up in town. 2. The sea bottom right off the beach is mostly uneven little rocks: not comfortable and sometimes hurtful if you lose your balance. The solution: either get those river shoes or take 2 minutes to get on the pier and use the stairs there. 3. It's far away from anything. If you want to venture out, you need a taxi to get to town (25 mins) or rent a scooter/car.
Customer service at Iberostar is nonexistent. I have been trying to cancel a reservation for 5 days, holding over 2hrs for their corporate, and an onsite resort staff who are unable to assist. Iberostar Cozumel has easily been the worst customer service in the hospitality industry I have ever experienced. Would not recommend booking at this hotel or any Iberostar property.
