Great family time! The pool is perfect for kids plus the food isn't the norm "hotel expensive". They had an amazing buffet during the weekend and during the week they have a a la cart menu that's delicious and priced the same as the restaurants around town.

Room ac rattled...attempted to be fixed x2, didnt fix it. Moved to another room, similar issue. Housekeeping never provided new bath towels, face cloths or bath mat in a 2 night stay. Beautiful views on ocean side of the hotel, great pools especially for kids. Go to the Soggy Peso. Short drive, beach front, shaded and on the sand. Coconut shrimp fantastic and beer is cold!

Nice view, the moon reflecting on the water, I was there a few years ago and I still have it in my memories.

If you're traveling to San Carlos and/or Guayama, this resort is a great place to stay during your trip. They have all the basic ameneties you'd expect from a hotel and it's worth mentioning how accommodating their staff was with our group. I traveled to San Carlos for a friend's wedding and the reception was at the Plaza. The furniture in the rooms could use updating (it was worn out, not just aesthetically outdated), in addition to needing replacements for some of the rooms' fluorescent lights. Additionally, my trip occurred during May, which wasn't too hot but certainly humid; I only mention this because their lobby has several ponds/streams of water and we were being eaten alive by mosquitoes. There are basic food options from the few on-site restaurants, however they aren't open particularly late. It can feel a bit isolating if you don't have a car because the actual town is a ten-minute drive. They have a really great pool that seems like it would be a blast for families because of fun things like a pirate ship and slides. Overall, I don't think you can beat this place for the price.

Spent one night driving south. Hotel was nearly empty as it was off season but the service was great. We had the restaurant to ourselves but the food was fantastic as was the service. Rooms were very nice and the beds comfortable.

This is one of my family's favorite places to go. Very kid friendly, beautiful views and clean rooms. Just don't eat at the restaurants here. You're better off eating some where else.

Great location on the beach. Super friendly staff. Bit of a drive off 15D. But we'll worth it
