Honest to god this is the best restaurant in Polanco. Authentic German food from a family recipe. The Atmosphere is if a German beer house with every kind of imported German beer possible! I've lived in parts of Germany when I was younger. The food, how wonderful it is almost indescribable. The first bite I took blew me away! A German Restaurant in the middle of Mexico City? Impossible! A lie! A fallacy! But no! They do it right here... In Mexico City. AUTHENTIC. GERMAN. FOOD. IN. MEXICO. CITY.

Very tasty food, very good flavor. Wide variety of food and beverage opciones. (Included most of German beers). The dishes have a very good proportion and the prices are pretty good compared to the size and flavor of the dish. The atmosphere and decoration go the place is legit, you feel in Germany. The service was excellent! Amazing waitresses.

If you like taste Germany Food, you need to have visit this unique and regional place in Mexico. “Hostería de la Selva Negra” One of the typical dishes is the famous “choucroute” side dish and the delicious potato salad, but for the strong dishes it is highly recommended the Sausage Grill for at least 4 people, a touch definitely to try the sausages of all types. The rates are accessible and unquestionably worth every peso the taste and service.
