I’ve been dreaming about writing this review and expressing my frustration. Isn’t that what reviews are for? My frustration lies with the design of the hotel and the rooms, and not the lovely staff members, who need to fly away to greener pastures. The main problem is that the rooms all face an internal hallway. Your windows face this hallway which means light is limited and privacy is an abstract concept relegated to the past. This means you have to have the curtains closed which means you don’t actually have windows. So no windows in the rooms. My second issue is with the shower. They have gone with a large sea shell. While this looks very cute and life destroying, if you are another animal who needs a shell to live in, it is hell to shower under and water goes all over the bathroom floor. It’s a flood. I recommend nobody stay here and the owners promptly sell and hire an architect for their next project.

Very worthwhile to stay if you're on a budget and/or want to be closer with the locals of holbox instead of being in a hotel zone or just need more of a small apartment style configuration. Spacious rooms, A/C, hammock in the rooms, kitchen. Mostly everything that you need. There are some signs of money saving from the hotel management which could be due to a number of reasons like covid, or constraining factors from it being on a small island. Would like to see the hotel provide better blankets and reduce or remove completely their washing machine noise which was running overnight. If you want to get around easily from this hotel, highly recommend renting a bike.
Cons: Neighborhood is scary & dirty and rundown, no breakfast, no restaurant, was confusing directions on how to get to the place. WI-FI -on and off, no blankets nor comforter in room only bed sheets.

We stayed here for 5 fantastic nights, I loved our room with the Mexican tiles and fab decore through the hotel. The small roof top pool was a real plus so refreshing and looks out to the harbour and over the tree canopies. Our room.had a super comfy bed and pillows, air con and fridge and hob to make snacks. It's is really close to where the boat goes from and so a little walk into the town but only 10 minutes. I'd say it's a quiter place with good value for money, id stay here again!
Great price - 5min walk from ferry; 5-10min walk to beach/main square. Beautiful rooftop pool, breakfast available - friendly staff, luggage storage
The Wi-Fi don't working
Wir waren 4 Nächte hier und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer Nr. 12 ist absolut zu empfehlen. Es ist zwar etwas teurer aber für uns haben sich die Mehrkosten gelohnt. Wir hatten viele Fenster und somit sehr viel Licht und einen Balkon direkt vor der Tür. Das Hotelpersonal war unglaublich hilfsbereit und super nett. Wir haben uns bei der Ankunft sehr willkommen gefühlt und als wir einmal nach Fahrrädern fragten, wurden uns welche bestellt und wir konnten diese 15 Minuten später vor dem Hotel entgegen nehmen. Für 24 Stunden waren das 300 Pesos pro Person. Der Service in diesem Hotel ist wirklich hervorragend. Und der Pool auf der Dachterrasse war das i Tüpfelchen. Macht weiter so!
