Nice food lovely staff very close to the airport

Slow check in process but staff are trying with language barrier. Rooms are great but there are no option for non Spanish speaking entertainment. Clear instructions would be nice to help determine when restaurant is open or if you have to go to the bar for food. Lastly 45 minutes is a bit much waiting on a burger and a coke...

Close proximity to the Airport, but only 20 minutes from the town. Nice swimming pools and Jacuzzi outside. Gym was also very nice too. Room was clean and up to or past the standards of the equivalent USA hotels. Restaurant and bar was good.

Good place, affordable price. Food is so tasty, the attention is fine, I didn't speak English, so I don't make sure if this place has English language proficiency to communicate with foreign guests.

The best hotel in Villahermosa. Nice rooms, incredible warmed-water pools. Perfect for business and family. Really tasty breakfast bufet.

Great place to stay when overnighting in Villahermosa as a pilot. Fairly close to the airport, and extremely nice, while still offering excellent local cuisine

Friendly staff, clean rooms and very prompt service. Beds were hard and wifi was a bit slow. Overall a great hotel and stay.
