Very shady people end Up taking a taxi when I already had a reservation and my car paid for online wanted me To Cancel my online contract make a new one with them made no sense Graciela Ramirez was no help at all

1 star is too much for this agency. They really did not deserve any stars, they are the worst car rental agency I've ever dealt with. I rented a car online. I paid for full coverage insurance and 7 Days of car rental for one price and when I showed up at the airport they charged me again for the seven days and insurance. They claimed that they didn't have any records of it being paid for previously. They only saw the reservation and on top of it it was twice as much as what I had paid on line. to top it off, I got a car that I don't like, a car I was avoiding, a car I didn't want. By far this has been the worst experience ever for me in a car rental agency I would never go back to it and I highly recommend people not to rent from this place ever.

We ordered a rental car and insurance from hertz through our airline. Hertz said it was no good and we would need to pay again through them and insurance was 500USD for only 7 days. They said they would not be able to refund what we already prepaid for the car through the airline. We took an uber to our destination. The prices are insane at this location.

I don't think they even deserve a star. I am giving the star because I have rented from Hertz all over the world where they offer services. Unfortunately Mexico is the worst place to rent a car. They are robbing people right and left. They want to charge extra charges without your consent. They are representing this company badly! I am not sure if the Company knows that they are putting the reputation to the floor stealing money from people.

We rented our car with 1 week in advanced and they did not have our requested vehicle we had to settle with the car that they gave us then we are told that our car will be available on the 3rd day and then nothing I say if you can rent with another company do so

Arrived and they didnt have any cars available. What kind of business is this I read many of the reviews and it appears that this is a scam How are you not going to have any appointments at all ?

Similar to everyone else, they claimed there was no reservation or record of payment. Tried charging me double what I had already paid to reserve. They take advantage of the fact that there aren’t many other options.
