Everything about this experience was professional and the communication was excellent. They quickly answered all of my questions and gave me a huge level of comfort before arriving. As most Americans, we hear war stories of how scary Tijuana is but it couldn't be further from the truth. From the drivers, the hotel and especially the medical staff, I never felt safer. The entire surrounding area has all types of stores and amenities and not once did I feel unsafe. As for the procedure, they were very communicative throughout and the only discomfort was about 10 seconds of numbing. Each member of the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and safe and were very thorough. I only had the procedure done a few days ago but never had any swelling or discomfort. Very clean and top notch facility for a fraction of the price. And I would recommend the tacos for lunch (that they provide as part of the service). Best tacos I've ever had. I would highly recommend TJ Hair Clinic for anyone thinking of hair restoration. There is no upselling or hidden costs. The cost they quote is what you pay. They exceeded my expectations and I want to thank each person for their hospitality.

Alright let’s see where I begin, I got my procedure done Jan 15, 2021. I usually don’t like to post this early as I haven’t seen the end result yet however I can always come back and update it lol. Anyway, I was originally quoted for around 2500 to 3000 grafts at a set price. Now, my appointment was literally scheduled within 2 to 3 days of my inquiry because someone canceled. I did have a little wait at the airport but that’s life ya kno. I got to the hotel, checked in and relaxed in my room until the next day for the procedure. I arrive at my appointment the next day and I speak with the Dr. about what I want to accomplish. He “under promised” because we weren’t sure if my follicles where curly or not and he didn’t want to get my hopes up. When they started the procedure they take blood etc... after pulling who knows how many grafts the Dr. came back in the room and told good news, that I had a good donor area and hair follicle that would allow for more grafts. I can say at no time did I feel like they were trying to hustle me or make me pay for more. They were pretty straight forward with me and I told them I didn’t want to have to do multiple procedures, so I told them let’s do 4000 grafts. The staff pulled 300 extra grafts and I got them at no cost, so in all I got 4300 grafts. Now, I will say that my natural human nature tells me to question if they actually provided me with “4300” grafts but we have to leave that up to time. Overall I felt comfortable with the entire staff from the Driver to nurses to technicians to the Dr and his brother. I’m horrible with names so I apologize for not naming everyone. The amount of professionalism and kindness the staff displayed before, during and after the procedure was exemplary. I would recommend to anyone else wanting to do a transplant to of course do your research and choose what works for you; however if you choose TJ hair clinic I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

Great experience overall! I researched many clinics and decided to go to TJ Hair Clinic after talking with Kim, their case manager. She explained everything for me and when I asked if I could speak directly to the surgeon, he called me directly and answered all my questions. My trip went smoothly, they picked me up, took me to the clinic, I got my procedure done without problems or discomfort, the medical team was really nice, I have no complaints!! If you are looking for an affordable and great quality hair transplant, call TJ Hair Clinic!!

Top quality from beginning to end. An absolutely five-star ordeal. From pick up at the airport, with a ride to a five-star hotel included in package as well as lunch on the day of procedure and then A second night stay before having a driver return me to the airport. Their professionalism and courtesy was just outstanding. Compared to pricing in the United States you cannot go wrong with this group and the attention to detail they provide.
