Nice and rustic but luxurious hotel in an old Hacienda in the middle of the jungle. Had an issue with the booking when checking in but the manager solved the problem and offered a discount. Venue was great, quiet, cozy, and very clean. Great ambience. Rooms were spacious and sanitized. Hot and cold water available in the shower. WC worked great. Self-parking available. Restaurant was good, offered tasty food and drinks. Prices were good for what was offered. Overall, a great place to stay near Campeche city (30 minute drive).

We were not told at check in that house keeping service had to be requested. So, imagine our surprise, after coming back from a long day of exploring ruins to find bugs all over our fruit left over from breakfast, that no one ever took away. No one had been in the room all day to take the left over breakfast, coffee etc. Then, when I requested housekeeping service, they short sheeted our bed, leaving no sheets at all at the end of bed, putting our feet directly on the old yellow mattress! It was disgusting.

Given the price, you would expect that the laundry service is included or at least at a decent price. After washing 1 bag of clothes we got an 100 bill... that's a shame to charge 6 for washing 1 jean... Be careful with such scam.

It’s an old hacienda, very well preserved. A small boutique hotel, with a good restaurant, and GREAT for having your wedding or party there. In the front of the old hacienda they have this 200 year old HUGE Ceiba tree, the must beautiful thing!! In the restaurante the food is real good, and the service very nice.

Wow! Didn’t stay here nor did I eat here, but I accidentally snuck around the property with my friend. We only learned about the 100 peso visitor fee as we were leaving. Gave me yet another reason to hope I find a rich husband (haha) as rooms start at 9,000mxn according to staff.
