Very charming hacienda with beautiful garden & pool and friendly staff. Because of the surrounding village it can be a bit noisy during the night. If you are very scared from spiders or other kind of animals, better stay at another hotel in Merida.

This is an amazing property! Superseded every single one of my expectations from the second we drove onto the property. The Hacienda is gorgeous and ALL of the staff is top notch. This is Hacienda Luxury at it's best. Private pools, hammocks, botanical gardens, spa, excellent food and service while surround by jungle, birds in a centuries old Hacienda. We enjoyed so much just relaxing on our private patio and soaking in the the pool watching the amazing bird shows around us....especially in the mornings. Roaming through the botanical gardens and meeting Don Victor the herbalist was a real treat. He made us special teas and showed us the medicinal plants and how to use them to heal....amazing! We also got to see the Meliponia bee farm and tasted freshly harvested honey. If we only could have stayed another week!!!! We'll be back!!!

This was our 4th time back over a 20 year period. It's still very well kept and maintained! The pools, rooms, and grounds are beautiful! Just don't get to set on the wine list, because they didn't have many of the wines on it. The food is subpar, but the ambiance is worth it! Staff is great!

This Hacienda was amazing. We came for a family vacation to relax and were immediately blown away with the friendliness of the staff and the beautiful, tranquil atmosphere. The staff are happy to accommodate your needs, the food is very good and very reasonable, the rooms are beautiful. We also had a private courtyard and garden area for our own little pool/tub that was so relaxing. The privacy and quiet is amazing. They do have some games, and you can tour the grounds - it’s not an action-packed stay but if you want a relaxing stay at a beautiful place - or a launching pad for Progresso or Mérida I recommend this. One of our favorite vacation spots ever!

Only ate lunch here but I'd love to stay. I didn't look into prices but judging on how amazing everything looked I think it might be out of my price range. Fantastically restored hacienda with charm and history.
