Beautiful and magical place. Cool cacti and desert flowers. Cold though.

Beautiful area of the world and worth a visit. Bahia gonzaga was a hidden gem years ago on my first trip. Now the semi complete road from san felipe to bahia gonzaga can accommodate any small car where only 4x4 adventures once visited. Swim with whale sharks and catch the shade of giant cactus. Make sure to stop by coco's corner and buy a beer or soda and sign his registry. He is a nice grumpy old man.

A beautiful place where you're almost completely alone, excellent for meditating o simply be in awe with the marvelous cirios.

It's a NO NO NO road trip. The roads are in very bad conditions, it is scary. You need a vehicle in excellent conditions, no sedans, water, food, spare tire, flashlight, and anything you may use if your car breaks. The is no phone booth or signal in your cellphone, no one will know you need help. Let's see when they repair the roads but for now please don't drive these roads. Specially thr one that connects San Felipe with Bahia de los Angeles (Freeway 1)

It' s just magical! If you take a walk, you'll find huge "cirios" with the weirdest pattern. Cool place for exploring.
