I was visiting family in the area and decided to go to have my puppy showered. I showed up in person and asked if they were taking walk ins they said no and turned me away ok, I began searching other pet groomers in the area and unknowingly called them. I asked if they were taking walk ins they said yes, come in a few minutes. I asked for the address and soon realized it was the same place. I went back in a second time and reminded them of what they had said on the phone, assuming they had had a cancellation. The person I had been on the phone with comes out, he towers over me (I am not that tall) takes one look at my dog and seems to be naming excuses to not take my dog. This whole time my dog seems scared and there is an incredible amount of barking coming from the back. The vet later comes out and tells me they can't take my dog because she has fleas. I can't rate their service because I never recieved it but I am giving a rating because I ultimately did visit this place and experienced a lack of seriousness from their part and very poor customer service. Why is it that when I called on the phone they said I could come in but as soon as they saw my dog they were giving me excuses??

No hay duda que es uno de los mejores lugares en la ciudad para llevar a bañar a tu mascota. Muy buen servicio. Desde la primera vez que lleve a mi perro y me lo entregaron, se notó que saben como hacer su trabajo. Mi perro salió tranquilo, así que no hay duda que fueron amigables con el y eso da tranquilidad. Sin duda alguna recomiendo este lugar.
Excelente Servicio de CREMACION para Mascotas. El 16 de Diciembre fallecio mi perrito y Guaw Perrimos acudio a levantar su cuerpo, lo trataron con mucho respeto y atencion. Al llegar a sus instalaciones, todo en orden, nos dieron la oportunidad de despedirnos nuevamente de el. Mostraron mucha empatia por nuestra enorme perdida y en todo momento fueron amables. El costo accesible. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Horrible customer service, and staff was super pretentious. They should tell customers they only take small dogs... si tienen tanta educacion, y pretenden ser de alta calidad por lo menos arreglen la puerta, y actuen con mas clase.
Muy amables y atentos a los perritos, los dejan super bien, excelente servicio, recomendable.
