My Mac book pro with Retina display had a little crack on the screen and I took it here to fix it. First it took 1.5 months for them to got a new screen to replace mine. Once they had it they broke the web cam installing the new screen. When they tried to fix the web cam they broke the new screen that took months to acquire. No I have a laptop with a broken screen, worse than when I left it. They are amateurs don't leave your equipment to fix here. You might spend a bit more with the manufacturer but they will be much more responsible.
