Spare parts warehouse is large enough to have good lead time on parts delivery. Ask for discount possibilities otherwise you will ended up paying more than you can get elsewhere. Service and maintenance is very convenient due to the 24 hrs schedule, again not so cheap. 5% discount upon booking your maintenance over their site. Ask for credit car promotions anyhow.

This location sold a brand new 2017 Versa Advance to my father exactly one year ago this month and do not recommend them at all. He bought it for his vacations in Mexico, and has left the vehicle in the garage with a car cover since new. It only has 5,000 kilometers on the odometer and the car looks and drives brand new. We took it in for an oil change and the service representative noticed that we had not had it serviced within the supposed 6 months from the purchase date. He informed us that because of that, the car is out of warranty. This is hilarious. I have never heard such a thing in my life where if you don't service a new car within 6 months it is out of warranty. The gentlemen did not even try to see if something could be done in our unique situation. We left without the overpriced oil change we were going to get done after this conversation. Maybe if they had informed us when we bought it we would have had it taken in by a relative since we live in the United States. Not only this, but because of their complicated buying process when the car was purchased a year ago, where you have to put in money into an escrow account and they then later refund any excess amount you put in, they kept roughly 3,000 pesos and they just gave him the run around and my father never saw this amount refunded. Spend your money elsewhere...and hopefully our car doesn't break down... Funny This dealership didn't say anything in response to the 3,000 pesos they kept. Thieves!
