Did not expect to find a good ramen place in Mexico but place was definitely is pretty good. At an average of about 200 pesos per Ramen it was reasonable. The broth was excellent and the egg was cooked properly. Stop the friendly and though the place was small it had a very nice decoration. A very busy place in the evening. I would definitely revisit for a quick lunch.

The mask they force you to wear for 13 steps to your table won’t protect you from the food or service here. I’ll start by giving credit where due. Atmosphere and music was good. The dark vibes with rock wall was awesome. The passion fruit velvet soda’s were our favourite thing here. But not nearly enough to justify the experience we had. Food took 45 mins to arrive to our table ...and when it did arrive they gave me the wrong dish. Even ordering a basic appetizer took 25 mins. Veggie ramen for my vegan friends was a let down. They even had to marinate the mushrooms themselves. I ordered the chicken ramen and it was a 5/10. Mostly raw tasting noodles and not delicious rich broth like you would expect from the pictures. The male server was also very ignorant and rude to us the moment we walked in. The girls who served us were kinder but still the service was really disappointing. It’s the first place in 2021 that I refused to tip due to the let down.

I got the shrim ramen and the flavour of the soup and noodles was really good, it has like two shrimp meatballs and they were salty, waitresses ask you like every 3 minutes if you're ready to order and is a little bit annoying, you share table with everyone, leaving small space for privacy

Awesome place! The ambiance is great & the service is fantastic. Most importantly, the food was all delicious. Also, the space is kept very clean. Though the food was clearly Japanese, it wasn't exactly "authentic." Overall, it was very close &, regardless, it tasted awesome. My partner & I regularly have Japanese food, specifically ramen, back in the SF Bay Area where extremely good/authentic Japanese food can easily be found. My partner even lived briefly in Japan. All that to say that his standards are extremely high when it comes to authenticity. Anyway, at the end of the day, we both agreed that if we lived here, we'd definitely be back.

The Ramen is good, but not the best I've ever had. The Tiramisu de Matcha is incredible! Service was very good. Would go again.

The food was delicious and the service was great. Our server made us feel very comfortable and she was definitely patient and helpful with me as I took family with me to have Ramen for the first time . Will definitely return. Thank you for making my family's first experience great. Wished I could remember her name. She was so pleasant.

I had a very bad experience in Hato. I ordered ramen with salmon. Everything -exept the eggs- was overcooked, the noodles, the salmon. The broth did not have any flavor at all. The dish did have very few ingredients. Nothing to do with the photos. Everything had the flavor of a recooked dish. I went there at 1:00PM.
