Their just a plain scam never again renting with you company. Returned the car they said everything was perfect, that the car had a damaged that it was an old one that was already recorded cost me 12.00 on my booking, then 24.00 for.the insurance I got. Just checking my bank account dont know why I got charge 69.23 from you guys scam scam. Will like my money back to the account a receipt was going to be send to my email still nothing after a week later. You guys should be ashamed would never recommend you guys ever. Very low play, I always booked cars online and I always paid what is established never overcharged for no damn reason. Got charged 70 bucks to fill the gas tank that wasn't even emptySo today I called today about why I was being overcharged and the gentleman that did my reservation that morning the 12 of November started that maybe I didn't listened what he was saying cause I was in a rush to leave there which I wasn't, I always rent cars in Mexico and I know the process so his excuse of for what I was charged that doesn't make sense. Also I will like to inform that I really don't care who you guys hired is none if my business, but when I asked him for his name he hang up on me thats a guilt moved right there, he got caught or call on his low ways of ripping customer off.

To whom may concern, In my last experience with Avis I had trouble with the fee the attendant give me, after reviewing the price I didn't realize she quote me for the higher price, out of 3 reservations I had (Higher price was 120.00 Dollars more), nevertheless, I was very unhappy since two times I called and no one has responded, No resolution or follow up, One attendant told me he was going to make sure this will be resolved since he was able to see all the incident, and I was going to be offer a better deal and discount on my future reservation, especially since I been an Avis client for over 16 years Moving forward I have a future reservation, but I don't want to run into the same issues, Can you please provide me a no lie statement to make final decision whether I go with Avis or a new provider.

Horrible service. We paid through expedia and when we got there we had to pay other insurance. We understood that, but then they told us it would have been a certain price and they ended up charging us 3 times that amount. We are still disputing the charges with our credit card company. Nothing but a bunch of crooks. They didn't give us the car we reserved and we think they are trying to charge us that as well. They just want to tell you they will hold a certain amount on your card and they will refund you the part they hold. They end up charging you the entire amount they tell you was just a hold.Trying to call them from America has been a pain as well. We will NEVER book from them again and will tell EVERYONE we know to not use them.

This was the best encounter with Avis staff at BJX Airport. There are some airport locations I travel regularly when I go to Mexico, but I have been a Sixt member for a long time so I gave Avis a try when visiting this city. I am glad I did because my experience with them went well and smooth, both in service staff and vehicle condition.Moreover Jose Pedro and Cristian at the service counter went well beyond my expectations due to the fact that I had to leave one of my suitcases at the airport because the POORLY TRAINED, LOWLIFE, IGNORANT, supervisor from VOLARIS IVAN MANRIQUEZ did not let me check in my baggage. These two gentlemen which they had nothing to do with my situation offered to store it while someone picks it up or even ship it to my house. After this wonderful and unique experience AVIS has gained my business from now on. Jose Pedro and Cristian really understand the meaning of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Once again, thank you, thank you. I hope AVIS corporate reads this review and gives you guys a raise or promotion.

These people will steal from u guys thy tried to steal a 100 dollars from my brother when my brother told them that they were thifes he was willing to pey WTH his credit card thy wanted cash and at the end they did not end up charging him my brother told me becarefull that will try to steal from you. I also rented a car from them and thy also are trying to steal from me and Everytime I call and ask for a manager thy tell me will call u back and thy never do call back. Everyone out there be careful with Avis car rental .thy will steal from you.

Quick and easy drop off. I would suggest a sign to direct people to the drop off location. Excellent service from their employee Alberto López, he went out of his way to give me a lift to my hotel because the shuttle at the hotel would of taken an hour. Thanks again Alberto!!

Make sure you read your contract. I made a reservation and rep at counter added roadside assistance with out telling me. He verbally said your car has no coverages is that ok? Never mentioned adding anything and i did not think I had to question it.
