Don't go through 3rd party insurance companies. I used rentalcars.com They will not honor it and want to charge you twice for insurance. Even though their terms clearly state that they take other insurances. If they do honor your insurance they will place a hold for the amount of the car to you which is ridiculous. So just buy insurance through them I guess.

I left my leather jacket on the rear seat and unfortunately I was about to board the airplane when I remember about my jacket, I call the front desk and asked for it...they said that it wasn't there but I'm 100% sure it was there since that was the first thing that I made sure I would not forget, I live in Chicago and I knew it was cold at the time.

PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!! NO CUMPLEN CON RESERVACIONES Y NO RESPONDEN LLAMADAS. Tenía una reservación a recoger en ubicación Ortiz Mena, a pesar de estar en hora y forma no hubo nadie para atender. Tuve que ir hasta aeropuerto donde TAMPOCO HUBO NADIE para atender. Por teléfono nadie respondía el teléfono. Esta situación me hizo perder dinero, tiempo y citas importantes. Sigo sin respuesta de Gerencia. NADA CONFIABLE. NO RECOMENDADO.
