The grand palladium white sands resort is amazing! Clean, beautiful and so much fun. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time. We of course want to thank Ernesto and Victor at the travel club beach club! They are SO hospitable and kind! Their hard work made this trip so great. We cannot wait to come back!

We visited this week as Travel Club members. Ernesto and Victor both have treated us amazing the entire week. Always a good way to start the morning with them at the beach club. The resort is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are top tier. Perfect weather all week was a bonus! We’re already planning for our next trip!

We feel like we're home from the moment that we arrive! We're pampered and delightfully accommodated constantly. At the White Sands and the beach bar Ernesto and Victor anticipate our service needs and exceed our expectations. Sarah at the TRS bar is also of great assistance. As I said, we're at home here and will likely return this summer. The butler service with Mariana, Adan and Diego will spoil you! I would also like to recommend Rafael, my right hand man, at the butler service for arranging things and preparing our room for our anniversary celebration, really special!

I enjoyed an amazing vacation at Grand Palladium White Sand! The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. My room (5618) was immediately available. It was clean and very spacious. Perfect view of the pool. I enjoyed dinner at several restaurants while I was there. Everyone of them had great food and fast service. The beach was beautiful. Lots of shade. Plenty of room for social distancing. The staff was great and I highly recommended this property!

the resort is just mind blowing. so beautiful and you can choose to go to so many different places throughout the day. staff is very friendly. i absolutely love the animals you get to see around here!! iguanas, lizards, birds, cats, flamingos, ring tailed animals, and little central American agouti. so cute. the ocean is amazing and the weather here is spectacular

Ernesto and Victor at the members bar are the BEST!!! They are Awesome, friendly, and they will remember you and your drink choices. They also will remember you when you come back on your next vacation. I can't say enough great things about them! Sarah the waitress at the TRS bar is fantastic, friendly and quick to get your order. Alfredo the gentleman who cleaned our room daily at the TRS, always has a smile and does an amazing job, very friendly! The staff at the Grand Palladium go above and beyond to make vacation special.

Me and my girlfriend went with the friends on behalf of my dads Travel Club membership to this hotel in April 2021. We would like to thank for the awesome service and to the people behind that service. Even though we came during the extremely uncertain times of COVID pandemic, we received excellent service and care. In particular we want to thank Ernesto and Victor from the beach lounge for their friendliness and company. We highly recommend this place for an amazing holiday time for both young couples and families with children!
