Gorgeous resort. Service was incredible and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My room was beautiful and extremely clean. I can't wait to return.

Just got back front my trip and it was absolutely amazing. I have been to the palladium in Jamaica and decided to try this location out. The staff was very helpful and available even during such a hard time. The covid testing was very fast and flexible. I did not have issues with waiting for a golf cart but I recommend just calling a little in advance when you know you need one, like around dinner time when they are busier. This resort exceeded my expectations and I would definitely love to come back!

Excellent luxury resort. Premises are well kept and the staff is top notch and will treat you like a king! There are many things to do between the pools, beach, spa, shops, bars, and even excursions to nearby attractions. There are multiple restaurants with a variety of food choices. You will not be disappointed booking your vacation here.

Loved the sports bar! Great staff, Cat was a great bartender! Coffee shop, Es Nui was a great place to eat. Loved the spa, hydrotherapy!

Actual property is nice. Pool staff and restaurant staff very accommodating. However our checkin process was horrible. They didn’t have our reservation and told us they didn’t have a room for us. Mix up was the hotels fault and we shouldn’t have even known there was a problem. I messaged our travel agent and I showed them proof of reservation. We didn’t receive information about property set up, towel cards, welcome drinks or covid testing. Front desk was very unprofessional. We won’t be coming back. Rooms were ok.

The resort is beautiful! We decided to come here for our anniversary. I’m currently writing this review from our room. However, it’s obvious that they are short handed. The food has been limited...and every day the food has been cold and very difficult to eat. Half on the amenities were closed when we arrived and now because of the wind and rain they have shut down completely! We haven’t had anything to drink in two days . So much for all inclusive! Nor have we seen any entertainment. Most of our time has been waiting on transportation to get around. The best part of the trip so far was the spa! However, that was also cut short due to it being windy. At least we could have some beverages in room. We have been stuck drinking water and watching movies. The only thing they offered us was some cold chicken sandwiches. The weather is not their fault . However. The resort could’ve made this trip more enjoyable. This has been a waste of our time and money! Everything we ask for we have been told no. We asked for a bottle to our room. They said no. Needless to say... we are very disappointed. Our anniversary trip will be over in a few hours and nothing to show for it.

Although this hotel had adequate amenities we have had a very bad experience trying to get money owed back to us. We arrived on January 21st and upgraded our room. After spending just 1 night in our upgraded family suite we realized that the extra we paid was not worth the money spent because it only gives you access to one extra restaurant and one extra pool. Less than 24 hours, we moved to a standard room and requested a refund. This should have been an easy process which generally goes back on to the card and in your account within 5 working days. However, they advised that their 'refunds' department had to process this and were 'promised' by the manager that it would be done by the time we left. Today is March 17th and we still have not received our 500! DO NOT spend any further money with them because if there is an issue, you will not get your money back!
