I got bit by a dog so I went for the vaccine. The good part is that consultation is for free since this is a public hospital, the bad part is that before seeing the doctor to consult, there is another one that ask you why you are there and check the blood pressure and stuff. When I told that guy, probably a doctor as well, that I need the vaccine for a rabies, he asked me if I have any symptoms of fever or any other things. When I said no, he told me to come back when I have the symptoms. For those who don't know, if you have possibility of rabies, possiblity of death after having symptoms such as fever is 99.9%. I thought I might be wrong so I checked multiple medical articles but I wasn't. I don't know how one who doesn't even know the protocol for rabies can be sitting there judging people who need help. I went back to talk to him to explain it. He went talk to the doctor inside and let me through but I found out that there is no vaccine in this hospital so I waste a lot of time.

Good for minor emergencies. Inexpensive and caring. They diagnosed my wife's very rare autoimmune disease, but I had to take her into Queretaro for the treatment. Good people.

Pésima atención, llegué a urgencias porque mi hija de cuatro años traía una cortada en la cara resultado de una caída y necesitaba un punto de sutura... No supieron darme razón de a qué hora el doctor de urgencia me Hiba atender...y nadie sabia nada....una negligencia terrible, ojalá se den cuenta de la mala calidad humana la falta de profesionalismo que exitse... Da pena tener ese tipo de instituciones en el País.
