1. The master bedroom mattress and pillow covers are absolutely filthy. 2. The master bath shower head sprays all in all directions and over the glass. 3. The washing machine leaks onto the floor....a lot. 4. The dryer belt is squeaking and must be worn out. 5. The small cheap lamp in the living area has a broken leg. 6. One chair in living area has a large hole in the arm. 7. The living room furniture is old, dirty, and sags. 8. The A/C unit vents in the living room are very dirty. 9. All the ceiling fans are loose, wobble, and have dead bugs in the lights. Owner said, don’t let dirt spoil you vacation. 10. The sliding glass door in the living room doesn’t close properly or lock. Owner said, it doesn’t matter, we’re on the 3rd floor. 11. The toilet seat in the half bath is loose and flimsy it collapses into toilet bowl when someone sits on it. 12. The windows from the upper level leak into living room which is why a towel was placed at bottom of stairs before we arrived. 13. The drapes throughout unit don’t fit the windows and are dirty. 14. Two windows in the unit don’t close at all. One is in the laundry area because the dryer vent, the other one is in the second bedroom bath which has a broken and rusty hinge. 15. One tile in the living room is chipped in two places. 16. All the pots and pans are old, greasy, and worn out. Moved out THREE WEEKS EARLY.
