Be cautious renting a car from Fiesta Car Rental in Cozumel. I recently rented a car for 6 days and was informed the insurance had to be paid in cash and the rest on my credit card. For 6 days I drove around Cozumel under the assumption I had full coverage insurance. Come to find out, Silvia pocketed the cash and I was uninsured. Do not pay this company any cash, credit card only. Also verify the contract lists your insurance coverage. I’ve complained to the manager, who promised to refund my money. I’ve never received a refund. Silvia comes across as helpful and sweet but she is anything but that.

This was probably the most convenient car rental ever. They brought the car to me at the airport and they picked it up at the airport. If you are going to rent a car in Cancun I highly recommend this place. No hassle and most importantly honest

I was a cruise passenger coming into Cozumel. I was nervous about renting a Jeep on the island. Fiesta made the whole process simple. I walked up and was greeted by a kind gentleman and was in my Jeep in less than 15 minutes. Some quick paperwork and I was off! I highly recommend Fiesta if you want a Jeep to explore the amazing island of Cozumel. Fast and friendly service goes far! Gracias!

A representative of Fiesta was present at our hotel (Occidental Cozumel), so we gave it a go and wanted to try them out. We talked to their representative at the reception and he told us that they supposedly don't have any car for the day, but that he has an amigo at another company (Delfines) who does. He then called his friend who brought as a car for 70 USD 35 USD for insurance. The car had over 100.000 km and no electric windows. 105 USD for such a junk is absolutely a scam. It is a shame that Fiesta representatives do things like this and refer to scammers like Delfines.
