The views were gorgeous. The operations side needs improvement, staff was bickering about whos job is whos and cared more about talking to each other. The windows in the cart needed to be cleaned and were sticky and full of smudges.

Terrible customer service. The employees are very misinformed. Paid for three tickets. My kid became very afraid and decided not to go. We never even entered the place. I had literally just paid for the ticket a couple of minutes before. They refused to return my money. They flat out stole US45 from me.

New attraction since our last visit to Cancun in December. We drove by La Isla and there is now a giant Ferris Wheel! What's more? It has enclosed, air-conditioned gondolas! We enjoyed our ride and the picturesque views of Cancun from the top. Luckily, it was a beautiful sunny day with blue skies & puffy clouds. You get to ride four times around, which is plenty of time to take some good photos & then relax and just take in the scenery. The cost was 15 USD, which is a little pricey, but you get a free Cinemex movie ticket, a free ride at the Aquarium, free nachos at Hard Rock & other perks with your ticket. We enjoyed the ride and the rest of the afternoon at La Isla. Don't forget to pay for your parking at the self-pay machine as you leave, before you go to your car in the parking structure.
