My score is honest.. My comment was in spanish by the way... and your store is based out of Mexico. Wish you could have more respect for your customers.. anyways.. I do not know anyone from your rivalry stores nor did they pay me to rate you. It is simple.. I asked you if you had a product that I was looking for.. you said o\.. very respectfully I then asked you if you knew about a place where I could find the product. You sarcastically laughed and turned away.. hey.. guess what? If you had the most up to date products I would've purchase the items from you.. but instead you laughed at my face and did not help. I was not trying to purchase from other stores. It was just a question.. on the other hand, you have tons of 5 star reviews.. im sorry I don't think like all the other customers. I have the right to share my opinion.. if I had the option to put negative stars on your service I would.. I would do it all over again. It is very dissapointing that I travelled to your tacky store from the U.S just to find your horrid customer service. Ahhh y deja de cambiar los comentarios una y otra ves.. acepta una mala calificacion. No te va pasar nada!
