One of the most beautiful view points in all of Ensenada. Wear warm clothes during the winter and fall seasons, as the weather is cool in this area. There are no services in this area too, so come prepared. I wish that the politicians would develop this zone so that tourists could have services and other things, as the point here is truly beautiful.

AVOID! We hiked to the top. Saw homeless people and feces along the way. Lots of trash. It smelt nasty. Good views though. We started to hike through the paths and there was a guy with two rusty machetes waiting around the corner for us. He said in broken English \be calm\. We just ran away and never went back. Dangerous, no security, poor, unsafe. No bueno! Never going back again. Total dump!

The mirador is fantastic. but there is no place to park the car. Kind of disappointed.
