Master bedroom at the Machado building. One room and two bathrooms, one in the room and another in the hallway, only the bedroom one has a tub. It has a kitchenette that includes tableware. A fridge and two televisions, one in the living room and another in the bedroom and two closets, also one in the bedroom and one in the hallway. The main door is kinda heavy for some reason, so when you have neighbors it annoys the all the doors slamming. The couch in the living room transforms into a bed. the Machado building is right in front of the main pool and the beach, and kinda near the lobby.

So disappointing, used to be a spectacular property but it has gone down a lot. Lost its classiness and elegance. Grounds used to be extraordinary but not now. We will not be going back!

They are not taking care of the Villas as we were told when buying. Very dirty, furniture old and stained, appliances don't work. They tell you they're working on it, but it never gets fixed correctly. I would not recommend this place!!!!!

Great resort and great service. But starting to show some signs of age. Easy access to the beach but the beach isn't as good as some others around. Fantastic restaurants lots of pools, great work out facilities including tennis courts. Definitely worth a look if you're trying to stay somewhere away from the main tourist areas.

As usual an excellent place to rest. Every peso spent here is worth it. We ate mostly at bistro, the "à la carte" restaurant and the food was amazing. The other restaurant was more of a buffet and was very good, although I'm not a big fan of them I actually enjoyed the experience. If you decide to eat at bistro, make sure you plan the visits and prepare to wait for the food, it's worth it. Everyone at the resort was knowledgeable about the services very polite when approached. They have 3 pools and the water in all of them was always warm-hot. The only things we did not enjoy was the fact that the beach had lots of rocks and sea weed but if you are a pool person this shouldn't matter much. And the second thing we didn't like was the fact that our vacations were over and we had to leave. On this trip I was by myself with the kids and we all had a blast. Next time I'll comeback with my wife (no kids) for a second honeymoon and really enjoy everything the all inclusive has to offer.
