Very bad service, they charged me extra and wasn't able to tell me what for and tried to tell me I had had a late payment which I have not customer service is really bad twice this has happened now

Muy mal servicio, llegue con una vendedora preguntando por un artículo qué vi en línea y me dijo que no tenían, aun yo preguntando si podía ver en otra sucursal si tal ves ahí si había, y no quiso checar, solo dijo "no, no hay, si lo vio en línea, solo en línea lo va a encontrar".

Normalmente hay poca gente no hay mucha fila y el personal de banco es super amable todo explican muy bien, muy buen servicio
