My husband and I have stayed at Villa Rocas 3 times within the past year, and every time it becomes more magical than the last. We land and are immediately whisked away to paradise. We're met with an artisan cocktail and our heaven begins. The house itself is a marvel. A truly magnificent structure straight off the pages of Architectural Digest, you will be gutted every time you have to leave this amazing place. Stay. Stay. Stay. Do it.

What a magical location Villa Rocas is. From the moment we arrived we were made to right at home. Our very helpful and friendly hosts Rick and Caitlin even had our country's flag hoisted for us. There has been considerable thought put into the layout of the Villa with plenty of options to engage with our party or spend time alone or in a more intimate setting. We were provided with some great excursions options across the Baja Peninsula which we thoroughly enjoyed.
The definition of luxury living! I spent 5 glorious days in this wonderful vacation home. It has all the amenities of a home, while feeling like a 5 star hotel. The house managers are great and can give you all the tips you need to get the most out of your stay. If you are looking for a place to create timeless memories, look no further. Villa Rocas is what you need in your life.
Villa Rocas is absolutely incredible! The most beautiful property and amazing location. Every piece of this place is incredibly unique and is super artistic. The ocean view, the sunset, the pool.....everything is exactly as I envisioned and more! If your looking for the perfect place this is by far it!!!
We were greeted with guacamole and margaritas in this beautiful house. The week was perfect and the fresh flowers just put it all over the top. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal and the beach is fabulous. The vacation blues will hit you back home after you spend some time here.
Villa Rocas is the best beach getaway - with the incredible pool and views. It's the best way to relax. We had a ton of space to hang out and loved using all the amenities that Villa Rocas had to offer from the cabana in the pool, to the hot tub and fire pit. It's an incredible place to spend a week and I hope to go back!
The beauty and attention to detail at Villa Rocas is amazing. We had a fantastic stay and loved that we felt at home here while also feeling like we were in a boutique resort. The suites were exquisite and so comfortable. We saw whales from the balcony, and the most beautiful sunsets. Rick and Caitlin looked after us really well, greeting us with snacks and drinks on arrival, and booking activities for us. We had the best time! It's going to be hard to beat this holiday... Our stay at Villa Rocas has absolutely been the highlight of my travels so far. As soon as you arrive, it’s clear that the Villa has been lovingly and mindfully hand crafted, with meticulous attention to detail in the architecture and design that I’ve never seen before. (The art is beautiful!) Aside from the love that Deborah and Jim have put into the villa, they’ve also created a space that feels like home away from home but with all the luxurious additions that no other home has. I was treated to bedrooms with private views of the coast and luxury amenities every day, amazing food from local fresh produce and most importantly, the love and attention from the team at Villa Rocas. The team would cater to your every little need, whether you wanted to relax with cocktails by the infinity pool for sunset, or have a local tour guide show you around the coast for an adventure. Words cannot describe how at peace I felt here and how special it is to have a host that treats you like family when you stay. My memories at the Villa are priceless and I’m forever thankful to Deb and the team for every moment here. Truly in love with Villa Rocas, I will hold these fond memories for the rest of my life.
