room were pretty. grounds were beautiful. seaside restaurant is very good. the main restaurants are some of the best dining I've ever had really. they make you wear long pants and closed toed shoes which is dumb really considering women can wear almost nothing around their big fat exposed bellies, but that's worth overlooking. you just have to pack an extra set of shoes to eat which I like my suitcase space and travel light. all in all had 4 great nights there and the ruins 3 miles up the road were definitely worth the 5.00 or so per person to visit.

Iam sure there is not enough that can be said about this beautiful family friendly property under the AMResorts management Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa in Tulum! The staff is amazing and the food and feel of the resort is just what your family needs. Dreams Tulum of course is close to the Tulum ruins and that is a can’t miss adventure while visiting the area. The resort is a decent distance from Cancun International but the drive is relaxing.

All-inclusive beachfront property. Family-friendly. Left the resort to see other parts of Riviera Maya. The shops at Playa Del Carmen are amazing. Absolutely must visit Playa Del Carmen. Videos on my Instagram @askiataylor

Dreams Tulum Resort And Spa has a beautiful location and environment but that’s about it. I went to this place around the beginning of March 2022 and it wasn’t such a good experience. The staff act friendly but they were very racist to me and my dark skin family along with the other resort guests too. I was called racial slurs lots of times and they always charged me for something that is unreasonable. They charged 65 per night per person for horrible food. I’ve stayed for about a week and barely ate here. I didn’t even ask for all inclusive yet they insisted on charging me instead. They are far away from accommodating to my family’s beliefs too. There’s so much pork to eat but we can’t eat it due to religious reasons, 65 a night per person for pork is a disappointment and dissatisfaction. I will never return to this resort and will forever regret staying here.

As far as all inclusive resorts it's about what you'd expect all the food and drinks you could desire, the buffets are okay the other sit down dinners better. Any issues (all minor) occasional cold shower or phone issue were promptly dealt with. Staff extremely friendly and speak much better English than I speak Spanish. Excursions booked through the hotel were great and we'll organized. Also music and entertainment on property throughout the stay were also well done. The food at any special lunch or evening events was superb and authentic. Great vacation and very family friendly. I would return if visiting Tulum again.

Dreams Tulum! a movie! magical, enchanted, everything under the sun! literally!!! pick up from the airport to the telly. Like a hour ride. You're greeted with drinks. Drinks galore the whole trip! Me and babe had plans to leave the resort, but didn't. Nightly events/attractions for you to participate or attend. Dinner was phenomenal ya heard! Weather was spectacular. All around great experience. Highly recommended ya heard!!!

If you are going to get away from everything than this is the place to go. It's far from the strip and city (taxi rides are expensive about 800 pesos to get to the strip and another 800 back). I liked that there was a big mix in age groups. The hotel ranged from families with children about 25% (not too many babies), and the rest split between ages 30-45 and ages 50-65. The hotel restaurants had good food but the buffet food was nothing to rave about (men must wear pants to the restaurants or they don't let you in). When they made food out by the pool or beach it was always amazing. All the staff memebers wear masks and you must wear one when ordering drinks or food.
