I had a full Facelift with Dr. Martin Yanez. From the consultation all the way threw my surgery date, Everything was perfect! Dr. Yanez is an excellent Plastic Surgeon. He and his staff treated me with such kindness! Like I was family. My face looks amazing! I look 20 years younger! I stayed a total of 4 days in the hospital because he wanted to look after me after the surgery, of course at no extra cost. I definitely recommend him to anyone who is considering this procedure. I was picked up from the San Diego airport by his staff. His staff was always at the hospital and just a phone call away if I needed anything at all. The hospital I stayed at was sensational! The nurses were on top of all my medication. I really cant believe how amazing I look. I had a previous eyelid surgery with a plastic surgen in San Francisco that went wrong. One of my eyes looked way bigger than the other. This San fransico plastic surgeon inserted fat under my eyes to take away the hollow effect but I was left with what looked like a worm under my skin below my eye ball. Luckily Dr. Yanez removed it! I am so happy its gone. I was so self conscience because it was very noticeable! Now with Dr. Yanez fixing everything that went wrong with the San Francisco surgeon I look Great!! People talk so bad about the Plastic surgeons in Tijuana. Any plastic surgery has risks, even in the States. I have had a couple of Surgeries in Tijuana with a couple of different doctors and everything has turned out excellent! I paid way less than what I would have to pay in the States. Just do your homework look at plenty of pictures then go from there. Thank you Dr. Yanez for my new face! :-)

Worst experience of my life..I spent over 4500 the breast lift and augmentation ended up so side ways one was 2 sizes bigger than the other and on nipple was completely facing to the side.. I had asked for under the muscle he did it above ..I have uploaded my after pics, after my first surgery I told Dr.Yanez staff that one was bigger than the other and my right breast was clearly off to the side. Dr.Yanez did not come look he just said give it 3 months and let him know. Well after 3 months My Breast were so different the right nipple was completely off to the side and noticeably smaller than the left. I became depressed so Dr. Yanez said 800 and another trip back to fix the problem. Well again I told him the difference in size was very noticeable. Dr. Yanez said no he was just goning to cut more skin and pull it so it wouldn't be off to the side. 5 months later it relaxed again and as you can tell in the pics one is 2 sizes bigger than the other and my nipple is off to the side. The side of the left one looks caved in from the side view even noticeable in the bra. I let Dr. Yanez know and he said he'd charge me another 1900. This is ridiculous at this point I could've gotten my breast done in the USA for the price. The mistakes were clearly the Dr.'s why should I continue to pay for his mess ups. Now I get depressed every time I look in the mirror.:( I regret ever getting them done. And it will be along time before I can afford to fix them.I will be posting this on the internet review sights, so it doesn't happen to anyone else..
