I've had 1 crown and 2 crown on abutments done by Dr Cesar in 5 years. It takes a week in total because he does the impression and makes a temp crown the first day, then a couple days later he gets the raw porcelain crown back from the lab and fits it and makes any fine bite and clearance adjustments, then sends it back to the lab for hardening in a kiln. A few days later you return and have it permanently bonded into your mouth. Going to begin the process for one more crown on abutment this afternoon. Takes a week beginning to end. I had the implants (Straumann) and 3 molar extractions done by periodontist, oral surgeon and implant specialist Dr. Juan Lizárraga Gastélum whose office is a block away from Dr Gavito. Absolutely painless...
