This place has saved my life! My dog stays there every day when I’m at work and whenever I go on vacation. They take such great care of the dogs he always comes home full of joy and super tired. When I arrive at dog holiday he cannot wait to go and see his friends I open the door to the car and he runs Inside as fast as he can! The prices are amazing especially compared to what I would pay back in North America. They also have other great services like grooming and bathing the dogs. I’ve been able to keep my normal lifestyle and have my best friend thanks to dog holiday. Thank you!!
Our dog goes here every day of the week and LOVES it. At the end of the day when it's time to leave, he tries to turn right back around to go back in and play with his friends. We call it, \The Party\ and at the house when we say, \Do you wanna party?\ he runs right to the front door. The staff and ownership are incredibly friendly. There is tons of space for the dogs to play, and they group them by size and temperament so that the dogs enjoy their days stress free. I wish I was a dog and went here instead of to work.
NEVER again! I'm giving a one star rating because zero is not available. After only 3 nights at Dog Holiday, my dog was extremely tired, scared, and had lost a lot of weight; When the Dog Holiday's owner brought him back to me, she told me everything was fine and that \she (my dog is a male...) had a lot of fun\, but I immediately saw that it was not the case at all! My dog was skinny, wet (as if he had just been washed) but his collar was so dirty and smelly, also he was walking low with his head down as if he had spent a lot of time in a tiny space. It took him more that 2 weeks regaining his natural weight and playful behavior after just a 3 nights stay at Dog Holiday's! I have no doubt he spent 3 days alone in a small and dirty crate, and I believe they did not give him the food that I had brought along (as required by them). I wanted to share my experience, because I'm a real person! A lot of what I see on the web regarding Dog Holiday does not reflect the reality. They are using social medias to promote their business with pictures and exaggerated positive comments (I saw some of them right here, in these testimonials). I did not mentioned everything (for example : the cost of the stay was different during the booking process by email and when i dropped my dog (20%, because my dog was non-castrated, even if they had this information since the very beginning...), the most important was to treat my dog right and they did not. These people are dishonest, untrustworthy and I still look forward to understand what they actually did to my dog, I really do not recommend. Thanks.
We were quite surprised at the cleanliness of this place.The staff are extremely professional and dedicated to their work. Would recommend to any dog owner.
