The DHI staff was beyond accommodating. From the consultation with Luis to Dr. Gonzalez, who did my procedure, I was very impressed. The facility is brand new and is next door to the brand new artsy hotel Quartz. The staff was super professional, and there wasn't a single time I felt uncomfortable. Unlike in the US, I wasn't just a number; the Dr. actually cared and kept checking in on me. They made every effort to make sure I was taken care of. After the first day of surgery, my Dr walked me over to my hotel next door even though she didn't need to. I don't think there could've been a better staff on this planet. They kept me updated every step of the way, and I felt zero pain throughout the procedure. They were very on top of that. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking to get this procedure done. I'm looking forward to the results in the future!

Had the procedure done about 9 months ago with little to no results and for 4500 cash I expected a lot more. I have had 2 procedures before where they cut the back of your head and insert individual hair follicles and that had good results but this time I wanted to do individual hair follicle removal and transplant as to avoid any more scars in back of my head so I went with the procedure where they remove individual hairs from back of your head with out cutting the back of your head. I did the initial consultation and they told me that I was a good candidate for about 1500 graphs but when they started the procedure they said they could not do that many but they told me that after the procedure had been done. So they did a lot less. I live in Boise, Idaho, USA and had done my research before I went to Mexico and thought these guys would do a good but obviously I was mislead. I do not recommend DHI at all.

A very unethical clinic. I had a procedure scheduled two months in advance. I drove 8 hours to San Diego a few days before my procedure to be near the border for my procedure date. The clinic called me a day and a half before the procedure and cancelled on me citing health and safety issues related to one of their staff being sick. They didn’t offer to reimburse any of my expenses (gas, hotel, Mexico car insurance) or to offer a discount for rescheduling for a later date. I wouldn’t even expect to be offered these aforementioned things, but the kicker is they didn’t even offer a reschedule date for the procedure whatsoever. Four or five days after the date my procedure, I contacted DHI over Whatsapp and I requested a new procedure date. The only date they offered me was three months out. I kindly requested a sooner date within a month or so considering they had cancelled on me just a day and a half before the procedure which would naturally mean I have priority for rescheduling. I never got a response from DHI. They completely ghosted me. I tried both the DHI Whatsapp contacts that I had communicated with many times prior to my procedure date, and they didn’t respond to me. DHI completely wasted my time and money and set me back on getting a procedure done by months. I have my Whatsapp message exchanges with the DHI staff saved, just in case their management wants to question my review. I don’t trust this clinic, nor should you. There are other clinics in TJ that are better options. Do your research and don’t make the same mistake I made. And keep in mind, I can only speak to their customer service and not the quality of their procedures as I didn’t have a procedure with them. But I believe a company’s customer service is a reflection of the quality of the service they will provide you.

Cannot be happier with the results! This is me 6 months after the procedure. Strongly reccomend DHI for hair implants and other hair/skin related treatments. 5 stars, AAA, 10 / 10. THANK YOU!!
