This has been my regular location for a year now and I love it. I appreciate their waxing technique, that they have the various types of wax and the ways to get some more stubborn hair out... and my favorite person is Karla. Super considerate when she is putting on the wax and last week she had an awesome strategy to pull the wax so it was super quick and the least amount of pain for me. So so awesome.

Horrible horrible horrible experience with Karla. The process was very very slow, so the pain lasted way longer than necessary. If you know what you're doing, you wax fast. she made wax the hottest ive ever felt in my life. Maybe it was her first day? She should not be allowed near anyones bikini area. I have lots of leftover wax all over me. I will never return and I feel sad for anyone else who is stuck getting a wax from this amateur woman who has no idea what she is doing.I have had so many waxes in my life, and this was the absolute WORST EVER. No excuses to have someone this bad working in a professional place. I will never return.
