I booked an apartment with two bedrooms the 1st Feb for a week...on arrival after coming from Europe at night.;.there was no elecricity or hot water nor anyone to greet one...the elevator out of order..the next day the same, the day after that,there was finally hot water but the shower head only let out a trickle and the plug in the basin did not fit...I packed and decided to go elsewhere...where upon they re rentedd the appt. straight away promising to re imburse me which has not happened....

Decohousing was an amazing experience. I stayed at the penthouse, with a beautiful terrace which was completely unexpected. All the staff was very responsive and helpful, checking in was a breeze and there is 24/7 security downstairs to assist. The apartment is impeccably clean, with everything you would need to feel comfortable during your stay. The neighborhood was also a highlight during our trip. Roma Norte has so many amazing restaurants, bars, and things to do. I could have stayed for much longer, but will just need to go back now instead!

Alquile un apartamento con terraza de 135m, con sala de estar y comedor. Al llegar me dieron una habitación con una sala de estar y comedor compartido con otros huéspedes, por lo que decidí no hospedarme con ellos. He hablado con booking para que me hagan la devolución al no ser lo que yo había contratado y el equipo del establecimiento solo me quiere devolver el 20%. He tenido que poner una denuncia en profeco y esperar a llegar a españa para denunciar en booking la estafa que realizan. Este establecimiento no es digno de estar en una plataforma como Booking.com
