Lovely place, well located in Providencia. The food is amazing and we were warmy welcomed by a nice staff. The Chef Franck came to our table and helped us to select from a wide menu. The escargots, the confit duck and the pear & shirmp salad was beyond perfection.

Oh well, this was our return to a place we loved, where we ha d a stunning dinner experience and couldn't wait to get back to. We were very disappointed, a below average and above average-price dinner: while snails and foie were great and very tasty, the main courses disappointed: the meats were brought out cold while the sides were steaming. Presentation was ok, flavors as well, but not great. They reheated the meats....should not happen at a place like this. Service was mixed: While one waiter was amazing, the other one was extremely hectic, dropping things and breaking glasses. A bit of an odd experience for a fine dining establishment. Shame to see that when it gets busier, the quality drops that much.
Great service! Steaks were a little undercooked, but then again it may be a cultural difference since I'm from the states. Ambienance is calm and staff is quite polite
This restaurant is located right next to the Hilton Guadalajara Midtown. They recently opened in October 2019 so it was a risk. But as they say, “big risks, big rewards”. I had a great experience, both food and service were excellent. I tried the fish of the day with a champagne sauce which was delicious. After dinner I had the café escocés: scotch, expresso and vanilla ice-cream. It was definitely a experience to repeat. I may come back tomorrow for the grilled octopus ;-)
