It took me too long to discover this business and I hope I help others in them finding it on their first search. If you are a cheese lover and want the best quality Mexican cheeses, or love butter and detest margarines of any kind, or have a fancy for a specific type of milk or cream, this is your store! The staff is extremely helpful, even though everyone I met doesn't speak my language. They will make recommendations on products to try if you are wanting to experiment with something new. The products sold here are extremely fresh and the suppliers that provide their products extend prices so incredible you won't find a better buy on anything dairy and be assured that you will get more than you paid for, every time. Versalles is easy to get to either by bus or vehicle. Located between Francisco Villa and Francisco Medina only a few short blocks from Francia if arriving via F. Medina or Hamburgo if coming down from F. Villa. Ample street parking, cash only, no restrooms. They close early on Saturdays so be there before 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday. They do stock some other items that are compatible with food preparation and dairy products such as cake and cupcake pans, staples used to bake, some serving equipment and recipes. Give them a try and you'll be hooked. Moo.

Google Knows I have been there, it was a bit over 3 years ago. For some reason has lost that review. At that time the Wife was looking for specific type of Cheese which was not in their inventory. They have a good selection depending your needs.
