Nice hotel near the airport. Staff is nice and shuttle to the airport is super convenient. The room was recently updated. The TV is a massive 55" for a room this size. Unfortunately the TV's are locked so you can't change the input, but the staff was awesome and brought us a remote so we could watch our own content. Gym is pretty good for a hotel gym.

We stayed here for one night before having to catch an early morning flight out of Cancun. We had taken the ADO bus from Merida to the airport. We called the hotel for a shuttle pickup and the driver was there in 15 minutes and it was a 10 minute ride back to the hotel. Check in was quick and easy, our room was small but clean, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water in the shower. The restaurant was decent although the food was expensive for Mexico. it was a decent place to stay and easy to get to and from the airport. I'd stay here again

First day of reopening. Rooms were arctic cold, service at restaurant was slooooooow. And I had no hot water in shower. To top it off, something I ate from the restaurant gave me diarrhea (and I didn't eat anywhere else). To be fair, my travel mates didn't have same experiences

This hotel is closed for renovation. They automatically rebook at the Fairfield Inn next door. You don't know about it unless you notice the casual mention on the hotel's webpage; there's no mention of it during the booking process or on the confirmation email. You get to the airport and you call the hotel number and the shuttle number and there's no answer. A kind person at the airport let me know to call Fairfield instead.

The staff is extremely polite and very helpful. They have a restaurant on site that has amazing food and the wait staff is very attentive and friendly. There is indoor seating as well as a very large outside patio seating area. Oh and the beds here are so comfy lol.

Friendly staff, somewhat pricey food as any other hotel. Only complaint is that there is nothing around the hotel, so only place to get food is only at the hotel. Not a great location, which is also the only thing I didn't like, IF you're paying for the hotel with your own money. I'm not a local, so I don't know how safe the area is around the hotel.

Location is close to airport. The hotel is spacious and has a nice place to lay out in the sun. The restaurant is nice with good food. Prices are very fair. Room was clean and bed comfy.
