Bought everything on my list. Wide isles so easy to navigate. Store well organized. No lines at checkout. Bought a hot dog coke combo. Good as usual. Food service area clean with excellent service.

What is with Mexico and no one having D-Mannose, a cranberry supplement, good for preventing bladder infections, etc...no pharmacies, no gnc's, WM, other groceries w pharmacies, no other supplement stores...Guadalajara, PV, Merida...Costco does have lots of other supps, and yes a good store, same layout as those in the US. Any suggestions for D-mannose besides Amazon would be appreciated.
We have never been Costco shoppers until coming to Mexico. We got memberships in Canada and decided to shop here for necessary items for our home. The quality of the product is very good, the only thing is that when it comes to food items, much of the packaging is in such large amounts it makes it difficult to buy for just 2 people. Otherwise we enjoyed the experience here at Costco Mexico.
Costco is awesome...they also have a good supply of walnuts, pecans, almonds...and a whole lot more. Fun place, always.
Costco is my favorite store for shopping every time I go to Merida, but customer services needs to be improve. Unfortunately, I forget my Citi costco card when I went to customer service \servicio al cliente\ there was only 2 employees helping a big line of 7-8 people it took 45 minutes just to get a pass for me to shop while my husband was about to complete shopping on his own. Then, I went back the next couple days to return some items and again customer service too slow one person on the phone , the other helping a customer and that lady on the phone just keep turning her back on us kind of ignoring that we where there waiting to be help. Definitely, customer services needs to be improve, more personal, managers needs to be aware of the line delays and personal needs to be more friendly.
