Crossing from US to Mexico is fully automatic process without human intervention. Just drive up the post, your license plate is being scanned and next thing you know you are driving in Mexico!

Entry is a torture here. Choose other port instead. If you need a travel card, prepare to line up 4 times and pay. Also, avoid policemen, when they show up it costs you money. Such a corrupt place. Very bad first impression.
