Went to the school's restaurant, Nido, for dinner on a Thursday night. It was not too busy and we were served by probably 5-6 different student-waiters. I don't know if that was because we speak English and they were trying to find people to accommodate us but it was nice seeing so many eager students. My salad (heirloom tomato salad with an avocado spread/smear(?)) was amazing, obviously beautifully plated but from the first bite was a riot of flavor. My pork mole was very good as well. The cost was affordable if you compare it to a nice restaurant in the US. Will probably cost you 50-75US for two adults with drinks, so it's pricy for Mexico but a nice quiet dinner out by the park while supporting student chefs!
