Front desk very nice people but visio exam tech was unrespectful n prepotent n for the rest of the exam was ok but If u really have to do it again i will definitely no go back there it's at nice place but the need to be more friendly with their customers i will NOOOOOO recommend

Over priced. Rude staff... An old man tried mistreating my teenage daughter while taking her X-RAYS I'm glad my wife was there to put him in place. It's shameful the US Government forces us to use the services of this "clinic"... Making a handful of Juarez doctors rich while providing an awful experience. BEWARE!!!

At the very beginning when we arrived the staff was very friendly & helpful... It takes about 2-3 hours for the total exam... Family members are not allowed inside. They need to wait either in waiting area or outside.. There is a good restaurant next door & others a few blocks away... Later you have to return back to get your results & thats another hour or so wait..

The staff is friendly. The wait times are horrible. My family member had an appt at 8AM. She didn’t get done with her physical, labs, and vaccines until 1PM. They told us to come back at 3:30 for results. It’s now 5PM and we and about 60 other people are still waiting. Definitely plan ahead and do not schedule any other appts the same day.

Everything was great. Friendly personal. Fast lines. I came at 5:45 am. At 6:07 I started my exams. At 8:00 I had done everything. They set me to pick up results at 1:30 pm. I came at 1:20 pm and at 1:35 I had results in my hands.

This a very good clinic I'd recommend if you're here for visa purposes. They will pick you up for free from where ever you're staying just call them a day early and set it up.

If you go to the location near the US embassy, i had a very pleasant visit. Staff was nice and professional. I had no issues. I went on a Friday at 6AM without appt and was only there for 1.5hours.
