This Clinic has been a place from of true care for the addiction of disease, with forward thinking and a dedication for assisting those in need, patient and family members both receive the most professional help that there is in the western hemisphere, if there is anyone in need for treatment this is where to get it.

And 18 months later I finally wrote my final review. Outstanding service at all levels. The program is based on the 12 steps. It works. They work on the whole environment including the family. Come with an open mind. They make miracles. Family owned. They really care and are very involved. Truly recommended.

When things got tough, rather than find a solution, they just tell you to pick up your loved one. To make matters worse, they keep many of your loved ones belongings. Since their guards are recovering addicts, they always blame them for things that disappear. If you ask, they always say they don’t know. They talk a lot about character defects. They know their stuff, but don’t always practice what they preach. The owner is VERY controlling. They always want you to go listen to a speaker they hire twice a year. I couldn’t go one time because of work. She said that this was one of the reasons my son didn’t get better, because I didn’t care enough to go. We aren’t all rich enough to drop everything to attend. Don’t get me wrong, they do help some, but not all. The one thing they’re really good at is collecting payment ON TIME. They make sure to start calling before the due date to start reminding you that payment is due. I thank them for showing me that I too have a disease...codependency. That led me to find Nar Anon, a group for family and friends of addicts. I’ve learned so much more here than at their “mandatory” meetings where they try to put you on the spot. If you want to feel better, find a Nar Anon group to attend. I promise you’ll feel better. They are all over, in English and in Spanish. Thanks Clínica Libre for showing me that I needed help. That’s probably the only thing I got from them. BTW, my addict is finally doing better elsewhere, with someone who treats him like a human being.

In my opinion the best clinic to treat your family member with adiction illness. You can count with, that your loved one will be treated with respect, dignity and love. I have 3 great goung men (my sons) that fell ill to alcohol and drugs, it made us live in misery for years. God sent us here. The recovery and strong fundation Clinica Libre is assisting my sons to build a strong personal discipline and self love that safes lives. Thank God for Xlinica Libre.
