I booked my waxing online and was greeted with a smile when I arrived for my appointment. My Spanish is not great, just enough to get by, but my beautician, Jessica, always made me feel comfortable. Now to the actual service. I had a lip and Hollywood Brazilian wax, as well as eyebrow threading. The lip wax was standard but as for the Brazilian, it was done quite differently than I'm used to in Australia (where they use strip wax and do small, short areas at a time). Here, they practically pulled the wax from bottom to top, which actually made for a slightly more painful, but much faster experience. Before I knew it, I was done. Now to the threading. I've never had threading before and it's an unusual sensation. Not as fast as waxing but not as painful as plucking and I absolutely LOVE the result! Thank you Jessica and Wax Revolution. I will be back soon!
