Nobody likes Volaris. Second to the worst Airlines for Mexico with VivaAerobus being the absolute worst. I highly recommend to not sign up for V.Pass, it has been a waste of money. Compared to many other Airlines, the seats on Volaris are really tight. Volaris is a budget Airline but you sacrifice comfort and sanity flying with them.

Flight was delayed and we lost connection with Volaris too.... same company. We are stuck in Mexico City and we have lost all the booking for tomorrow. My wife has diabetes, she was about to faint. I asked for help to a few people about it.... nothing happened until we start screaming for an ambulance!!! I can’t believe this company is in business. Please stay away from this horrible company

La peor aerolínea del mundo! Don’t fly with them, you are going to miss your flight for sure! Horrible service,no information at all, really slow staff. Terrible experience

Now that the new airport has been killed. They need to think about how to make the passengers' experience more enjoyable. No place eat food from several vendors except on your lap. No tables outside restaurants.
