They are very polite, rapid and have the best customer service. I went there with a broken screen without speaking Spanish and they directed me to an English speaker fast to sort my problem. I had to return it to fix the screen again and they updated the quality for no cost using the warrantee. Would definitely recommend !

Stay away! They try to double charge the prices. SAMSUNG at their 01800 number said the cost of screen repair for an S8 is 4441 pesos and Tech House wanted to charge 8000 pesos. They also lied to my face and to my wife on the phone. They demanded a password for the phone and then denied it on 2 separate occasions, when called out about it. Do Not Visit Here if You Value Your Data. Something shady is definitely happening here. Stay Far Far Away.
