I have had several cars from this brand, and I can say that they are very reliable, good quality, and comfortable,. The agent that assisted me is very friendly, but still there are several things they need to improve so as to make the potential customers feel more attracted to the cars they sell. The cars themselves deserve 4 or 5 stars, but the service needs to be improved, that's why I gave them 2 stars. They definitely need to improve their customers services.

Pésimo servicio si es que se puede llamar así, me rompieron la bayoneta del aceite, se tardan demasiado en el taller, me entregaron mi coche sin la conexión del sistema de enfriamiento por lo que se me calentó obviamente, totalmente incompetentes es una conexión indispensable, lo regresé y se tardaron casi un mes en dármelo de nuevo, nunca aceptaron que fue su error, solo daban excusas, además me sacaron una aspiradora portátil y no se hacen responsables, tienes que estar tras ellos. Consejo. EVITEN ingresar sus vehículos ahí, no lo vale. Llevo tiempo dando opiniones y esta es la más baja pero totalmente ganado.

La gente de servicio muy mal, pésimo servicio lleve mi auto y maltrataron la pintura con un corrosivo y no se hicieron cargo, mejor vayan a otra agencia.
