The flowers for my wedding were beautiful. HOWEVER, the florist became very difficult to deal with. We paid her a little over 14k for our wedding flowers which were sent over 3 or so bank wires from our US bank account to her Mexico bank account. There was 1,500 remaining on the wedding day due to a slow wire process which we sent her a confirmation for the week prior. Since her bank had not received the wire she said she would REFUSE to set up any flowers until she had been paid the remaining 1,500. If we already paid THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS why in the world would she be concerned we wouldn’t pay 1,500???? This was extremely stressful on the actual WEDDING DAY. The wire had to be cancelled and we had to find cash to pay her. THEN the quantities she promised were not delivered. We were supposed to have bouqets for mother of Bride and Groom and received None. The Dads and my brother were supposed to have boutineers and received none. THEN she said on the quote that flower petals would be placed in the fountain as a “courtesy” (no charge). NO FLOWER PETALS were in the fountain. Overall, she was just rude and the only person we had issues with that day.... which is very unfortunate.
