The staff arrived 45 minutes late, tryed to make us pay for options we've already paid online and in order to avoid his responsability, explained that he didn't speak English... Overall bad experience...

Affordable rates, good cars, and friendly and accommodating customer service. We rented a car with Josue and he explained everything in detail. Helped us select a car. They have manual and automatic transmission. English is spoken here. We rented a compact car for 6 days with insurance for around U260.00 TIPS: Just make sure you take pictures of the car in, out and around. When car is returned, if damages were not incurred, verify the area is properly crossed out.

They do no accept valid private insurance. This is company policy so not the fault of the staff, unlike the nearby Budget/Payless who will try to extort you anyway.

WORST EXPERIENCE of car renting ever !!! I rented a car to go to an appointment in Querétaro, the car they gave me had an electronic issue that stopped the car in the middle of the highway ! It was very unprofessional from them not to review their cars and really dangerous for me ! And because of that, I missed my professional appointment because it took half a day to resolve the issue. In addition I paid to have a full tank of gas, but they gave me a car filled only at 3/8, I had to pay for the additional gas. They didn't even give me any refund at the end despite the complaints I sent them by email, which they didn't even bother to reply.

They’ll try to charge you 3x for insurance and will tell you that your card’s insurance or previously bought insurance isn’t accepted by state regulations which isn’t really.
