100% recommend if you want a reasonably priced and very nice looking bike. The best about it? it's a mexican brand!!! I have been thinking about buying one for over 1 year. From the first contact they gave me an excellent service. 1) they always reply to questions on their instagram. Then when I called them they were very efficient, booked an appointment and gave me the name of the person who was going to help me. They asked a few questions on the phone to see what type of bike I was looking for. I already knew that I wanted the single speed Cobra. When I arrived there, Levi gave me an excellent service, he explained everything, why the height was important, why even if it's a single speed it's ideal for Mexico (I was worried that it was gonna be a bit too difficult). Then I took the bike for a ride and Levi took care of my dog (I know, very nice of him). Honestly, the service was excellent and I'm LOVING my new bike !!!

Really nice bikes! Levi was very helpful in suggesting a bike for my specific needs. I bought "cempasúchil" and enjoying every ride on it.

Great experience overall! Andres and his crew go the extra mile to ensure your bike works perfectly so you can pave the roads on a slick two-wheels equipment. It’s more than a bike shop, they organized cycling events and get involved in the community. We were invited right away to every event so we can be part of the cool local cycling community. Glad to see these local shops and good quality bikes. Three chop-chop bikes are now part of the familia.

If someone doesn't know basic bike mechanics, it's ok, just say so. Instead, I got my break pads installed wrong and he just wouldn't admit he doesn't know what he was doing. I had to go to a different place to adjust and fix the breaks. Plus, as soon as he saw my "old" pads he said they were worn out, which was completely wrong, I didn't really needed new pads. So. If you're just renting bikes, whatever, but do not get your bikes fixed there.
